I think it's important that as your photographer, I not only capture the pose, but also the fun, candid personalities of your family! I will mix in some poses with some fun, unplanned shots. Those are usually the photos that become the greatest treasures.

Refunds will not be granted for uncooperative clients, including children. I will, however, offer a re-shoot for a $25 reschedule fee.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your photos after delivery of edited photos, here is my re-shoot policy:
For reasons out of my control as a photographer such as:
*Uncooperative clients (including children)
*Hair and makeup issues
*Poor choice of clothes
*Client regretting choice of location
*Not liking expressions/smiles/lack of smiles/ etc.
Client must reschedule and pay same amount as original shoot.
For reasons due to photographer/equipment issues including:
*Failed memory card
*Camera equipment malfunction
Photographer will offer a full session re-shoot determined by her and after discussion with client.
